Alpha Ceramica Resin Polishing Pads are resin bond polishing pads designed for wet granite edge polishing and curved surface finishing. These polishing pads are heat-sintered in a mold using a durable resin compound to provide flexibility and consistent material removal across the full grit sequence.
Each polishing pad is engineered for controlled surface refinement on granite and similar hard stones. The flexible construction allows the pad to conform to curved edges, inside sink cutouts, and detailed profiles while maintaining even contact during hand polishing. Designed for wet applications, the pads operate at speeds up to 4,000 RPM and attach using a hook and loop backing system.
The grit sequence ranges from 150 through 3000 and is formulated to progress from initial surface preparation to final polishing. Lower grits are used for material removal and surface correction, while higher grits refine the surface to achieve a consistent finish. Alpha Ceramica Resin Polishing Pads are available in 3 inch, 4 inch, and 5 inch diameters to match common backer pad sizes.
