Miracle SealantsĀ® 511 H2O Plus Sealer is a water-based penetrating sealer formulated to protect natural stone, tile, grout, and masonry surfaces. It is designed for applications where a water-based product is preferred while still providing resistance to water, stains, alkalis, salt intrusion, and freeze/thaw conditions.
511 H2O Plus penetrates below the surface to form an invisible protective barrier that resists moisture and staining while allowing moisture vapor to escape. It is not a surface coating and does not alter the natural appearance of treated surfaces, offering lower odor compared to solvent-based sealers.
