The Alpha Diamond Blade Re-Dressing Tool is designed to restore dull cutting edges on diamond blades ranging from 4" to 6" when used with a small angle grinder. The tool conditions worn blade segments to reopen the diamond matrix, helping return cutting performance without replacing the blade.
The tool is compatible with all small angle grinders up to 6" and installs using a 5/8"-11 arbor. It is engineered for controlled operation and includes features that help prevent kickback during use. When connected to a HEPA vacuum, the system supports a virtually dust-free redressing process that helps minimize airborne silica exposure.
Each tool includes a three-pack of replaceable grinding wheels capable of redressing approximately 30 to 50 dull diamond blades. The compact design allows operators to redress blades directly on the jobsite, reducing downtime and extending blade service life.
