Alpha AIR-300/304 Pneumatic Polisher is a compact pneumatic polisher designed for wet polishing applications in areas that are difficult to access with conventional full-size tools. The small body profile and lightweight construction allow controlled handling when working on sink rims, bowls, edges, and other detailed stone surfaces.
The tool operates at a maximum no-load speed of 5,800 RPM and utilizes a central water-feed system that delivers water directly to the polishing surface for cooling and slurry management. It accepts 3" and 4" polishing discs as well as 2", 3", and 4" rubber backing pads. AIR-300 models feature a 5/8"-11 spindle thread, while AIR-304 models feature an M14-2 spindle thread.
Weighing approximately 1.6 lbs, the polisher is designed to reduce operator fatigue during extended use. It consumes 10 CFM of compressed air and operates at approximately 87 PSI, requiring a minimum 3 HP air compressor for proper performance.
