Product Information
The Alpha® AIR-830 and AIR-834 are high-performance center water-feed tools for wet polishing, drilling, and profiling hard surfaces. Both operate at a maximum no-load speed of 4,000 RPM, consume 15 CFM at 85 PSI, and weigh 2.75 lbs. Their lightweight bodies improve maneuverability, making either model a practical pneumatic buffer for detailed surface finishing.
A five-vane motor with hybrid composite vanes provides increased power and service life compared with the previous generation. The central water-feed system delivers water through the polisher regardless of its working position, while the redesigned end case improves access to the air and water controls and helps reduce breakage.
A redesigned splash guard controls spray while maintaining visibility of the working surface. A silicone cover cushions and insulates the gear head, while the enhanced spindle shaft and included full-size wrench simplify accessory removal.
The AIR-830 uses a 5/8"-11 spindle, while the AIR-834 uses an M14-2 spindle. Standard configurations include 15 ft all-weather air and water hoses, a reversible side handle, splash guard, exhaust hose, rust inhibitor oil, water quick coupler, wrench, and maintenance accessories. AIR-830M and AIR-834M packages include the pneumatic polisher and rust inhibitor oil only.
