Product Information
The Alpha® AIR-830 and AIR-834 Pneumatic Polishers are high-performance, center water-feed tools for wet polishing, drilling, and profiling hard surfaces. Both models operate at a maximum no-load speed of 4,000 RPM and use a lightweight, ergonomic body to improve maneuverability during stone fabrication work.
A newly developed motor uses a five hybrid composite vane design to increase power and service life compared with the previous generation. The central water-feed system supplies water directly through the tool regardless of working position, while the redesigned end case improves access to the air and water controls and reduces the risk of breakage.
A redesigned splash guard helps block water while maintaining visibility of the working surface. The gear head is protected by a silicone cover that adds cushioning and insulates the operator's hand, while the enhanced spindle shaft and included full-size wrench simplify accessory removal.
Standard AIR-830 and AIR-834 configurations include 15 ft. air and water hoses designed to remain flexible from -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C), along with a reversible side handle, splash guard, exhaust hose, rust inhibitor oil, water quick coupler with shut-off valve, and additional maintenance accessories. Machine-only AIR-830M and AIR-834M configurations include the polisher and rust inhibitor oil without the standard accessory package.

Common Questions
The AIR-830, AIR-834, AIR-830M, and AIR-834M operate at a maximum no-load speed of 4,000 RPM.
The spindle thread is the primary difference. The AIR-830 uses a 5/8"-11 spindle, while the AIR-834 uses an M14-2 spindle. Both have a 4,000 RPM maximum no-load speed and the same listed pneumatic requirements.
They are recommended for wet polishing, drilling, and profiling applications.
The central water-feed system delivers water through the tool to the working area regardless of the polisher's position.
The polishers require 85 PSI (6 Bar) air pressure and consume 15 CFM (425 L/min).
The standard models include 15 ft. air and water hoses, a reversible side handle, rust inhibitor oil, oil port screw with O-ring, exhaust hose with clamp, spring washer, splash guard, 19mm/22mm double end wrench, Phillips screwdriver, water quick coupler with shut-off valve, and a water valve repair O-ring.
The AIR-830 and AIR-834 include the standard accessory package. The AIR-830M and AIR-834M are machine-only configurations supplied with the polisher and rust inhibitor oil.
The supplied all-weather air and water hoses are rated to remain flexible from -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C).
