Alpha Twincur Final Polish is a polishing pad designed for final-stage edge polishing on granite and other stone materials using automatic and multi-head edge polishing machines. It is manufactured to provide consistent surface refinement while allowing operators to select between three different final polish types based on water flow conditions and finishing preferences.
Unlike standard two-color final polishing systems, this product line offers black, white, and green final polish options. Black and white variants are intended for traditional low-water polishing, while the green variant is formulated to operate effectively with higher water volume. This allows fabricators to maintain stable polishing performance when water flow is difficult to control.
Each polishing pad is composed of tin oxide and natural fibers in a heat-compressed structure bonded to an SFAT snail lock adapter. This construction supports fast material response, long service life, and repeatable results across production environments.
