Stain-Blocking Primer for Interior Surfaces
ZinsserĀ® B-I-NĀ® Advanced Synthetic Shellac Primer is a low-odor primer and sealer for whole-surface interior priming and exterior spot priming. Its synthetic shellac formula provides strong stain blocking, fast drying, excellent hide, and adhesion for new construction, remodeling, and fire or water restoration work.
Adhesion to Glossy and Difficult Surfaces
B-I-N Advanced can be applied to bare or painted wood, drywall, cured plaster, masonry, galvanized metal, and PVC. It also adheres to dense, glossy surfaces including enamel paint, varnish, paneling, laminates, glass, and ceramic tile without sanding or de-glossing.
Blocks Tough Stains and Odors
The primer blocks stains from water, nicotine, grease, oil, soot, rust, mildew, tannin, crayon, and lipstick. It also seals knots and sap streaks and provides an odor barrier against fire and smoke damage, cigars, cigarettes, pet urine, and fireplace odors.
