Waterproofing for 135° Outside Shower Corners
wedi® S-DRY™ 135° Outside Corner is a preformed waterproofing accessory for 135-degree outside corners within 36" of a wedi S-DRY Shower installation. It waterproofs corner seams where walls, floors, shower bases, curbs, and other shower components meet.
Preformed S-DRY Membrane Construction
The corner is made from wedi S-DRY Membrane, providing the same waterproofing and vaporproofing capabilities used throughout the S-DRY system. Its preformed 135° angle eliminates the need to field-form membrane at matching outside corners.
Corner Seat and Shower Component Applications
The 135° Outside Corner can be used around shower add-ons such as seat structures and other angled transitions. For corner seat installations, wedi specifies using both left and right 135° corners to waterproof the applicable seams.
Installation with wedi S-DRY SEAL
The preformed corner is installed and waterproofed using wedi® S-DRY™ SEAL to integrate it with the surrounding S-DRY assembly. Each package contains two 5" × 2-1/2" corners and is made in the USA.
