Large Format Tile and Slab Handling System
The RaimondiĀ® EASY-MOVE MkIV is a fourth-generation handling system designed for lifting, carrying, positioning, and installing large format tile and slabs. The redesigned aluminum frame reduces weight by more than 25% compared with the previous generation while providing smooth adjustment and flexible positioning for demanding slab layouts.
RV175 Vacuum Suction Cups with Vacuum Gauges
Eight RV175 vacuum suction cups provide secure gripping performance, including on textured tile surfaces. Each cup features a protected vacuum gauge that continuously indicates the vacuum level, while the pump system allows vacuum to be restored or increased without removing the suction cup from the slab. The cups use stain-free rubber and die-cast aluminum bodies, with the rubber and vacuum gauges designed for easy replacement when needed.
Adjustable Crossbars for Complex Slab Layouts
Two telescopic crossbars adjust from 35-1/2" to 63" and can be angled relative to the main profiles to accommodate different slab widths and layouts. Each crossbar carries an RV175 suction cup that slides along its full length and can be positioned inside or outside the main profiles. Anti-friction pads provide fluid movement between the main aluminum profiles for fast frame adjustment.
Flexible Suction Cup Positioning for Narrow and Textured Slabs
All suction cups, including the central cups, can slide along the profiles to match the slab configuration. The cups tilt approximately Ā±5Ā° to accommodate slab flex and maintain contact, particularly on textured surfaces. Their in-line arrangement also allows the EASY-MOVE MkIV to handle slabs as narrow as 7-1/2".
Ergonomic Handling for Floor and Wall Installation
Four sliding handles with soft rubber grips and non-slip, stain-proof grommets provide multiple handling positions for transporting and positioning slabs, including during wall installations. The system accommodates slabs from 40" to 126" long and includes protective plastic covers for the suction cups along with a use and maintenance manual.
