Premium Penetrating Protection for Porous Surfaces
Miracle SealantsĀ® 511 Porous Plus is a premium high-solids, solvent-based penetrating sealer designed to protect porous tile, natural stone, grout, masonry, brick, and concrete from water, oil, stains, alkalis, salt intrusion, and freeze/thaw damage. The reactive formula penetrates below the surface to create an invisible protective barrier without forming a surface coating.
Cross-Linking Molecular Protection
The advanced cross-linking formula chemically bonds with the substrate to strengthen the treated surface while maintaining moisture vapor transmission. The sealer preserves the natural appearance of the material, provides excellent hydrophobic performance, resists yellowing, and offers long-lasting protection for both residential and commercial installations.
Suitable for Interior and Exterior Applications
511 Porous Plus is recommended for granite, marble, quartzite, limestone, slate, travertine, sandstone, grout, masonry, concrete, porcelain tile, ceramic tile, quarry tile, and many other porous surfaces. It performs well in kitchens, showers, patios, pool decks, driveways, floors, restaurants, retail spaces, hospitality environments, and other high-traffic areas.
Long-Lasting Invisible Protection
The penetrating sealer typically provides 3 to 5 years of protection while allowing the surface to breathe. It is UV transparent, resistant to acid rain, helps improve slip resistance, meets USDA requirements for incidental food contact, and averages two to ten times the coverage of many competitive penetrating sealers. It will not, however, prevent acid etching on acid-sensitive stone.
