HMK® R165 Terracotta Cleaner is a concentrated acid-based cleaner formulated to remove grout and cement residue, construction dirt, persistent lime and calcium deposits, and efflorescence. It provides the cleaning strength needed to restore heavily soiled terracotta and masonry surfaces after installation, renovation, or prolonged exposure to mineral buildup.

As a grout residue remover and grout film remover, HMK R165 targets mineral-based deposits left behind after tile installation as well as buildup that develops over time. Its heavy-duty formula addresses several common types of construction and mineral residue with one specialized cleaner.
