Product Information
The GRABO® PRO-LIFTER 20 is a cordless electric vacuum lifter designed to grip compatible smooth, textured, non-porous, and semi-porous materials. Its 20 L/min vacuum pump provides dependable handling of glass, ceramic tile, metal, plastic, wood, slate, concrete, drywall, and other flat building materials.
A smart digital sensor monitors vacuum pressure continuously while the clear display provides real-time operating information. The pump automatically stops when the selected pressure target is reached and restarts if suction drops, helping the GRABO tool maintain a secure grip while materials are moved and positioned. Maximum vacuum pressure is 11.6 PSI (0.8 bar).
On compatible non-porous surfaces, the GRABO PRO has a U.S. working load limit of up to 375 lb under a 3:2 safety ratio. The European working load limit is up to 265 lb under a 2:1 safety ratio. Actual safe capacity varies according to the material, surface condition, lifting direction, required safety ratio, and applicable regulations.
The removable 14.8V 2600mAh lithium-ion battery provides up to 1.5 hours of continuous runtime or approximately 900 ten-second operating cycles per charge. Charging takes approximately two hours. Four integrated anchor points accept compatible GRABO and third-party attachments for specialized material-handling applications and awkward lifting angles.
Common Questions
The GRABO PRO is designed for compatible glass, ceramic tile, metal, plastic, wood, slate, concrete, drywall, and other smooth, textured, non-porous, or semi-porous materials.
The tool can grip certain semi-porous and textured materials. GRABO specifies compatible surfaces with peak-to-valley variations under 0.1" (3 mm) and an arc under 5°. Performance depends on whether the surface can maintain sufficient vacuum pressure.
GRABO publishes a U.S. working load limit of up to 375 lb (170 kg) on compatible non-porous surfaces using a 3:2 safety ratio. The European working load limit is up to 265 lb (120 kg) using a 2:1 safety ratio. The applicable limit may be lower depending on the material, surface condition, lifting direction, and local requirements.
Yes. Perpendicular and parallel holding capacities differ, and each material has its own published rating. Always follow the material-specific lifting chart and applicable safety requirements.
The digital sensor monitors vacuum pressure continuously. The pump stops when the selected pressure target is reached and restarts automatically if pressure drops, helping maintain suction during handling.
The GRABO PRO has a rated airflow of 20 L/min (0.7 CFM) and a maximum vacuum pressure of 11.6 PSI (0.8 bar or 80 kPa).
The removable 14.8V 2600mAh lithium-ion battery provides up to 1.5 hours of continuous operation or approximately 900 ten-second operating cycles on a full charge. Charging takes approximately two hours.
Yes. Four integrated anchor points accept compatible GRABO and third-party attachments for specialized handling applications and awkward lifting angles.
No. The GRABO PRO is not designed for climbing, fall protection, or supporting a person’s weight. GRABO also advises against attaching it to glass thinner than 6 mm because high vacuum pressure may damage the glass.
