Product Information
GE Sealants® Concrete Silicone 2 Sealant is a professional-grade 100% silicone sealant designed for sealing concrete, mortar, brick, stone, and other common building materials. It creates a durable, flexible seal that withstands movement while providing long-term protection against weather and moisture.
Built for demanding exterior conditions, the silicone formula resists UV exposure, freezing temperatures, and seasonal weather changes. It also provides mold and mildew resistance for up to 10 years, helping maintain clean, durable joints in outdoor applications.
Concrete Silicone 2 bonds to concrete, brick, stone, metal, wood, and other common construction materials without shrinking or cracking. The permanently flexible seal accommodates normal joint movement while maintaining a dependable weatherproof barrier.
The sealant becomes rain-ready in as little as 30 minutes and cures at approximately 2–3 mm every 24 hours at 73°F and 50% relative humidity. It meets ASTM C-920 Class 35 requirements for professional sealing applications but is not paintable after curing.
