BLUE BEAR Emerge Concentrate Cleaner & Degreaser

Emerge Concentrate removes grease, grime, oils, dirt, and similar contaminants from painted walls, metal, concrete, asphalt, and other compatible washable hard surfaces. Because finishes, sealers, and coatings vary, test the diluted cleaner in an inconspicuous area before cleaning the entire surface.

The concentrate must be mixed with water and allows the cleaning strength to be adjusted for general cleaning, floor machines, or tool soaking. Ready-to-use Emerge is premixed for immediate application. Choose the concentrate for higher yield and flexibility, or the ready-to-use version when convenience is the priority.

For general hard-surface cleaning, mix four ounces of Emerge Concentrate with one gallon of water. At this dilution, one quart produces up to eight gallons of cleaning solution. Measure both components accurately so the mixture provides the intended cleaning strength without using unnecessary concentrate.

Yes. For use with a floor-scrubbing machine, mix one part Emerge Concentrate with one part water. Confirm that the equipment and its internal components are compatible with the cleaner, then follow the machine manufacturer’s instructions. Remove the loosened soil and rinse the surface with clean water.

Dirty tools can be soaked in a tray or bucket containing a one-to-one mixture of concentrate and water. Scrub and rinse the tools after soaking. Do not use an aluminum container because the current safety data sheet identifies aluminum as unsuitable for the concentrated cleaner.

Yes. Emerge Concentrate is formulated as a follow-up cleaner after BLUE BEAR mastic removers and paint strippers. It helps remove oily residue remaining after adhesive or coating removal. Multiple cleaning and rinsing cycles may be needed before the surface is suitable for the next preparation step.

Apply the properly mixed cleaner freely to the washable hard surface and scrub to loosen grease, dirt, and grime. Collect the dirty solution with a mop, squeegee, or commercial vacuum. Rinse or mop the surface with clean water and repeat the process if contamination remains.

Emerge Concentrate is low odor, biodegradable, and contains 1% VOC, but the current SDS classifies it as a Class 8 corrosive liquid. Wear eye or face protection and protective clothing, provide ventilation, avoid skin contact and mist, keep it away from children, and follow all first-aid directions.
