Variable Speed Wet Polishing from 700 to 2,500 RPM
The Alpha® VSP-320 and VSP-340 Variable Speed Wet Polishers combine a 700–2,500 RPM variable speed range with an 800W motor and center water-feed system for polishing stone and other compatible surfaces. Both models accept 4" polishing discs and use a heavy-duty gear system with step-down transmission for controlled operation across polishing, profiling, and core drilling applications.
Heavy-Duty Gearing with Reduced Noise and Vibration
The redesigned gear system uses a step-down transmission with bevel and pinion gearing, while precision-machined components reduce noise and vibration during operation. A specially coated spindle reduces friction at the oil seals, supporting longer service life in demanding wet-polishing applications.
Center Water Feed and Water Management
A 15 ft. flexible all-weather water hose supplies the center water-feed system, while an adjustable splash guard helps control water during operation. The ventilation cap is designed to divert water away from the motor housing, and the water hose and power cord are bundled by a 3 ft. EasyOn-EasyOff sleeve to improve maneuverability.
Dual Handles for Polishing, Profiling and Core Drilling
Each polisher includes a C-handle for torque-oriented work such as profiling and core drilling and a reversible side handle for general edge polishing. Both models also include a 15 ft. power cord with inline GFCI, flexible hose with garden hose adapter, wrench, extra carbon brush set, ventilation cap, splash guard, and EasyOn-EasyOff sleeve.
