Product Information
The Alpha® PT Cutter is a turbo diamond blade developed for cutting porcelain paver tiles with minimal edge chipping. Available in 9", 12", and 14" sizes, the blade supports outdoor hardscape applications where porcelain pavers need straight, scored, or curved cuts for walkways, pools, spas, patios, and other landscaping projects.
A special turbo rim diamond layer is sintered directly to the steel core rather than using individually welded segments. This construction reduces impact on porcelain during cutting to minimize chipping, while the 8mm tall diamond layer provides extended cutting life.
The softer steel core supports step-cutting along marked curved lines, allowing contractors to install pavers across an area before marking, scoring, cutting, and releasing the required sections. This method is particularly useful for curved layouts around pools, spas, walkways, and other outdoor hardscape features.
PT Cutter blades can be used wet or dry. The 12" and 14" blades fit compatible gas-powered demolition saws commonly used for hardscape cutting, while the 9" model is configured for compatible angle grinders.
