Product Information
Alpha® Porcellana is a premium wet diamond blade formulated for cutting dense porcelain tile and slab with minimal chipping while maintaining efficient cutting speed. Its diamond grit and matrix are designed for high-quality cuts that reduce material waste and improve finished edge quality for professional tile installation.
Porcellana is recommended for porcelain, granite, marble, engineered stone, travertine, and ceramic tile. The hybrid blade design gives tile installers one wet-cutting blade for a broad range of common tile and stone materials rather than limiting the blade to porcelain applications alone.
The Porcellana series uses a continuous rim for clean wet cutting, with the 8" and 10" blades featuring a 3/8" (10mm) tall diamond layer for extended cutting life. When used properly, the blade does not require re-dressing, reducing interruptions during cutting and supporting consistent performance over its service life.
Porcellana blades are available from 4-3/8" through 10" for handheld stone cutters, angle grinders, and tile saws. The 4-3/8" and 5" sizes support portable wet cutting on the jobsite, while the 7", 8", and 10" sizes are configured for tile saw applications.
