The Alpha® Paver Tile Bullnose Kit provides the tools needed to create a full bullnose edge on paver tile and polish it to a factory-quality finish. The handheld system combines profiling and polishing equipment into one kit, allowing finished bullnose edges to be produced without factory processing.
3/4" Bullnose Profiler and Variable-Speed Polisher
The kit pairs the Alpha VSP-320 variable-speed wet polisher with a Profiler V 3/4" full bullnose profile wheel. The 800W, 120V polisher operates from 700 to 2,500 RPM and uses a 5/8"-11 spindle, providing the speed range and compatibility needed for the included profiling and polishing components.
Five-Step Ceramica EX Polishing System
After profiling, the bullnose edge can be finished with the included 4" flexible backer pad and Ceramica EX polishing discs. The kit includes #200, #500, #1000, #2000, and #3000 grits for progressively refining the profiled edge to a finished appearance.
Complete Handheld Paver Edge Finishing Kit
The kit includes the VSP-320 wet polisher, 3/4" full bullnose profiler, flexible backer pad, five Ceramica EX polishing discs, waterproof sleeveless apron, and VSP-320 standard accessories.
