Product Information
Alpha® Libero Electroplated Diamond Blades provide clean, precise dry cutting on marble, travertine, limestone, onyx, soapstone, alabaster, and other softer natural stone. Their material-specific design helps reduce the chipping and cracking commonly associated with dry cutting delicate stone.
An advanced electroplated bond creates an aggressive diamond cutting edge for accurate fabrication and tile work. Cleaner cuts can reduce finishing time, edge damage, and wasted material when working with softer marble, travertine, and similar natural stone.
Libero blades support marble fabrication, detailed stonework, field cutting, and the installation of softer marble and travertine tile. Their precise cutting performance makes them useful for intricate cuts where maintaining the finished edge is important.
The 4", 4-1/2", 5", and 6" models are designed for compatible stone cutters and angle grinders. The 7" saw blade is configured for compatible worm-drive saws and angle grinders. Arbor configurations, blade thicknesses, and maximum RPM ratings vary by size.
Common Questions
Libero blades are designed for softer natural stone, including marble, travertine, limestone, onyx, soapstone, and alabaster.
Yes. Libero blades are specifically designed for precise dry cutting of softer natural stone with reduced chipping and cracking.
Yes. The blades are suited for cutting softer marble and travertine tile where clean edges and precise cuts are important.
Yes. All listed Libero sizes are compatible with appropriate angle grinders when the blade diameter, arbor configuration, guard, and maximum RPM match the tool.
Alpha lists the 4" through 6" models for stone cutters and angle grinders and the 7" model for worm-drive saws and angle grinders. Although the blades cut marble and travertine tile, they are not listed for conventional stationary tile saws.
The electroplated diamond edge provides aggressive cutting without relying on a conventional bonded segment. This supports precise cuts on softer stone while helping reduce chipping, cracking, finishing work, and material loss.
Libero blades are available in 4", 4-1/2", 5", 6", and 7" diameters. Maximum speeds are 14,500 RPM for 4", 13,200 RPM for 4-1/2", 12,200 RPM for 5", 10,100 RPM for 6", and 8,400 RPM for 7".
