The Alpha Beveling Auxiliary Base is a beveling base designed to mount onto compatible polishers and variable-speed grinders to provide controlled straight and beveled edge grinding and polishing. The base secures the tool at a fixed angle, allowing consistent edge preparation for countertop fabrication, surface finishing, and decorative edge treatments.
The system supports bevel angles from 15° to 45° and straight edge polishing up to 90°. A clamping base assembly locks the selected angle in place, helping maintain uniform depth and alignment during operation. The auxiliary base is commonly used for preparing laminated edges, creating Hollywood bevels, and refining straight edges prior to installation.
An exterior water-feed system is included to support wet grinding and polishing. The base is compatible with tools using either 5/8"-11 or M14-2 spindles and accepts polishing pads up to 4 inches in diameter.
