wedi® Building Panel is a foam core tile backer board that combines structural support and waterproofing into a single panel for wet area installations. It is designed for use on shower walls, tub surrounds, wet room walls, ceilings, floors, countertops, and other tiled surfaces.
The panel can be installed horizontally or vertically and is fastened using wedi screws and washers. Once seams and fasteners are sealed with wedi® Joint Sealant and the sealant dries to the touch, tile installation can begin immediately.
