The Alpha AIR-850/854 Pneumatic Polisher is a pneumatic polisher designed for wet polishing, drilling, and profiling of granite, marble, quartz, engineered stone, and other hard surface materials. The tool utilizes a center water-feed system that delivers water directly through the spindle to the polishing surface for consistent cooling and debris control.
Both AIR-850 and AIR-854 models operate at a maximum no-load speed of 5,500 RPM and are intended for users who require higher spindle speed for faster material removal and surface refinement. The newly developed hybrid composite vane motor provides increased power output while extending motor service life.
The AIR-850 model features a 5/8"-11 spindle thread, while the AIR-854 model features an M14-2 spindle thread. Machine-only versions (AIR-850M and AIR-854M) are also available and include the tool and oil without the full accessory kit. All versions operate at 85 PSI and consume 15 CFM of compressed air.
