The proper installation of a shower pan liner is essential for a fast drain and drying of the shower floor. At Tile This, we offer the 40 Mil PVC Pan liners you need for these types of installations, including the 5 ft. pan liner and 6 ft. pan liner.
40 Mil PVC Pan Liners
The PermaGard PVC 5 ft. and 6 ft. shower pan liner manufactured by Dallas Specialty, which we offer at Tile This, consists of characteristic 40 Mil PVC gray with bold markings. It is marked continuously on the roll and lined in 6-inch increments for easier cutting. This PVC shower pan liner is designed to not decay, rust, or rot when operating under standard and recommended conditions while it is installed.
The 5 ft. and 6 ft. PermaGard PVC shower pan liner is not recommended for regular sun exposure. This liner does not require an underlayment. It comes in 20-foot-long lengths with 100-foot rolls available. The product is priced on a 6-inch segment basis. In addition, it meets HUD and FHA requirements for shower pans in addition to the requirements of ASTM D-4551.
It is not compatible with tar felt or any tar-based product.
